Grounded in an existential-humanistic framework, I approach therapy with a persistent gentleness and depth. I emphasize emotional embodiment and address its impossibility in contemporary society with curiosity and hope.

Therapy works best when you don't have to edit yourself to be understood. We all carry intersectional identities—shaped by culture, family, community, and personal experience. In Therapy room, there's no expectation to be anyone other than who you are.
I do my best to meet you where you are, within the cultural context that matters to you. Together, we can recognize where you are now and explore where you want to be, working with the complexities that make you, you.
Your queerness is part of who you are—not something that needs fixing or careful stepping around. As a non-binary therapist with training in queer affirmative practices, I create space for honest dialogue about your identity, however you want to approach it.
Whether you want to explore your gender and sexuality deeply, or you're here for something else entirely, you decide what we focus on. What matters is that you can show up as yourself and communicate openly about what you need.
Access emotions and insights that traditional talk therapy can't reach through expressive arts techniques. Drawing from my six years of visual arts education and specialized certification in expressive arts therapy, I offer creative approaches that bypass intellectual defenses when words alone aren't enough.
Discover how to live authentically at the intersection of all your identities without compartmentalizing different aspects of yourself. My approach, rooted in existential psychotherapy, helps you explore meaning and purpose beyond societal categories, allowing you to craft a life that honors the complexity of who you truly are.
I was a visual artist with 6 years of university education in visual arts. I chose to become a mental health professional from a mental health enthusiast. I saw my life's purpose in this profession.
I have an MSc in Counselling Psychology from CHRIST University. I'm Trauma-informed through academic training. I have experiential training of 100+ hours in Expressive Art Therapy practices. I have Queer Affirmative Practices certification. I keep on growing and upskilling via credible and reliable sources.
I have been using the existential therapy framework in my case conceptualizations from the very beginning, prioritizing the human need for authenticity. I combine my lived experience of being in therapy myself as well as 2+ years of facilitating a queer peer support group with professional training. I put my client's lived experience at the center.
I believe in being open about my capabilities, background, and competency. I seek regular supervision from experienced practitioners in the field, ensuring ethical practice. I welcome detailed conversations about my approach. You can explore LinkedIn to see my ongoing professional development.
I believe finding the right therapist fit is essential—reach out to explore if we're right for each other.
